📦 Product Condition & Packaging

All collectible card products are brand new and factory-sealed. Due to international logistics, minor box imperfections may occur — these are normal transit conditions and do not affect internal product condition, factory seal integrity, or collectible value.

To reduce volumetric shipping costs, outer cartons may be removed. All inner boxes, blind box packaging, and factory seals remain fully intact.

⚠️ Minor cosmetic imperfections from transit are not considered product defects.

🧾 Duties & Customs — DDP Model

All orders ship under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We prepay all import duties, VAT/sales taxes, and customs clearance fees on your behalf.

👉 In normal cases, no additional charges are required upon delivery.

If any customs charges are incorrectly requested, please contact us for assistance.

A tracking number will be provided via email after dispatch.

Customers can track shipment status, customs clearance progress, and delivery updates.

📦 Return & Withdrawal Rules

Customers may request a return or withdrawal within a specified period after receiving the goods, without providing a reason (for eligible products).

The withdrawal period begins from the date the customer (or a designated third party other than the carrier) receives the goods.

💰 Refund Policy

If the return request meets the conditions:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping fees
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the return request

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • The returned goods are received, or
  • Proof of return shipment is provided

👉 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

📦 Return Conditions

Unused and undamaged

⚠️ If the product has been opened or the seal is broken, return eligibility may be void due to the nature of collectible and blind box products.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive severely damaged, missing, or incorrect products, please:

1 Keep all packaging
2 Take clear photos
3 Contact customer support within 10 working days

We will provide a replacement or refund (depending on the case).

Minor cosmetic damage caused by transit is not considered a defect.

🎥 Unboxing Video Recommendation

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from sealed package to full opening.

This helps speed up claim processing and verify missing or damaged items.

Without video evidence, additional verification may be required.

⚖️ Dispute & Refund Policy

We maintain complete transaction records, including:

  • Shipping proof
  • Tracking information
  • Packaging records

⚠️ Please contact us before initiating any payment dispute. We strongly encourage resolving issues through direct communication.

Important Notes:

  • Dissatisfaction with random card contents is not a valid reason for refund or dispute
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled (within legal limits)
  • All disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
