1. Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. All orders are shipped via air express — we do not use sea freight.

2. Shipping Rate
HKD 200 flat rate per order
· Any quantity · Any weight · Any destination

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Order Processing: 1–5 business days
- Air Shipping: 6–15 business days
- Total estimated time: 7–20 business days from order date

* Excludes weekends, public holidays, and customs delays.

4. Duties & Taxes — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
All orders ship under the DDP model. We prepay all import duties, VAT/sales taxes, and customs clearance fees on your behalf.

👉 No surprise charges upon delivery — what you pay at checkout is the final amount.

5. Customs Inspection
Shipments may be subject to random customs inspection in the destination country. Customs inspection is an externally triggered procedure beyond our control and may cause unexpected delivery delays. We cannot shorten or interfere with customs processing. Please allow additional time if this occurs.

6. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch. You can monitor shipment status, customs clearance progress, and delivery updates in real time.

7. Packaging
To reduce volumetric shipping costs, outer cartons may be removed. All inner boxes, blind box packaging, and factory seals remain fully intact.

Minor cosmetic imperfections on outer packaging (corner dents, edge scuffs) are normal transit conditions and do not affect internal product condition or factory seal integrity.
