By accessing or placing an order on www.kyccg.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Authenticity
All products sold by CARDSET OFFICIAL are 100% brand new, factory-sealed, and officially licensed. Product images are for reference only; actual packaging may vary slightly.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued.

4. Shipping
We offer worldwide flat-rate air express shipping at HKD 200 per order under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. All import duties, VAT, and customs fees are prepaid. Estimated delivery: 6–15 business days after dispatch. Customs delays are beyond our control.

5. Order Modification & Cancellation
Orders may be modified or cancelled before shipment. Post-shipment cancellations are not accepted unilaterally and may incur shipping, return, and customs fees.

6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Returns are accepted for unopened, factory-sealed items in original condition. Opened or seal-broken collectible items may not be eligible for return.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Customs delays or inspections beyond our control
- Minor transit wear (corner dents, edge scuffs) on outer packaging
- Dissatisfaction with random card contents in blind box products

8. Intellectual Property
All product images, brand names, and IP content belong to their respective rights holders. CARDSET OFFICIAL operates as an authorized retailer.

9. Dispute Resolution
Please contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute. We maintain complete transaction records for all orders. All disputes are subject to applicable local consumer-protection laws.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Statutory consumer rights in your local jurisdiction shall prevail where applicable.
